Falling behind....

Mummy has tried really hard to keep my blog updated but things have been so busy she hasn't been able to! There were so many things she wanted to post - Halloween, Fireworks Night, Christmas and many more but she hasn't had time!

I am doing really well, becoming more strong willed by the day! My speaking is coming on really well, I can call Harry and Sam and Buster and the word "NO" is very popular! I am an avid Peppa Pig fan (I can say Peppa and make a great pig noise!) and I LOVE playing with my babies! (I got 2 dolls and a pram for Christmas!). I tolerate having my hair done and have stopped pulling the bobbles out as soon as Mummy puts them in!

I am quite mischievious and if Mummy forgets to close the stair gate then I am upstairs without anyone noticing! I like opening and emptying drawers and making a mess in general! I also like playing with the older children at Toddler group and I love my friend Alice!

Anyway, Mummy has promised to try and keep my blog up to date now so look out for more posts soon!

I found an apple!

Mummy wondered what I was up to when I was quiet the other day! When she found me, I was sat in the hall with an apple I had found in Mummy's bag - I thought I was very clever to manage to eat as much as I did!

First Birthday and my First steps!

On my first birthday I surprised everyone by taking my first steps unaided. I just seemed to let go of the sofa and I was off! I only managed 2 or 3 steps each time but I was trying very hard!

Now I am One!

I had my first birthday a couple of weeks ago, and now I am One! I had a really lovely day. I opened my presents in the morning (with a bit of help from Harry and Sam) and then Mummy took Sam and I round to play with Oliver and Matthew whilst Harry was at school.

After school, Nanny, Grandad, Lisa, Abbie, Charlie, Ben and Hannah came round. We had a party tea and I had a caterpillar cake.

We all played lots in the garden and I had a wonderful day!

Stones in the garden

I don't know what it is, but I am attracted to any stones I can find when I am outside - wither in our garden or Nanny's. I drive Daddy mad by keep picking up all the stones from the flwoer pots and chucking them on the floor!

Fun in the garden!

At the beginning of July the weather has been really hot and Mummy has let us have the water slide out after school! I love water and am not afraid of getting splashed!

Weight Check: Week 49

Mummy finally got round to having me weighed again (the last time was when I was 33 weeks). She discovered that the baby clinic is at the Church on the Heath on thursday mornings where we do coffee with Lynn and Vicky. So, one morning (when I was 49 weeks and 2 days) she got me weighed. I am now 9.06kg, 19lb 15.5oz, which puts me a little bit below the 50th centile! Aren't I doing well!


As we finished the last Aptimal box Mummy put me onto cows milk now and after the first day of not being sure, I love it now! And Mummy loves no more sterlizing of bottles!!
